They support their local communities through the TCC Gives program, which provides 16 paid volunteer hours per year, grant opportunities up to $10,000 per quarter, and involvement in company‑supported community initiatives such as School Rocks Backpack Giveaway, Teachers Rock, Rescues Rock (pet adoption), and Rock the Pantry (food drive). We create a culture that inspires and motivates Sales Associates to exceed expectations, celebrate differences, and build inclusive teams.

• Average Salary: $55‑65,000 per year. Includes Competitive Hourly Rate, Uncapped Commission, Bonuses and Profit Sharing

• Passionate customer advocate with the desire to assist, advise, and educate customers on wireless products and services.
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction with a focus on value for all customers. Conduct calls to customers seeking information on products and services, employing excellent communication skills and staying connected through company resources. Perform operational procedures including store opening and closing responsibilities.
• Self‑driven and ambitious, motivated by retail sales milestone goals.
• Balance customer experience and performance goals effectively.
• Attend and complete all required training and meetings for development.
• Engage in community giveback through volunteer events, donations, grants, and more. Maintain a positive attitude, engage with energy, and contribute equally.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Full‑time availability on guaranteed hours.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation; ability to work at multiple locations.
• Ability to stand, sit, walk, and bend for extended periods; lift up to 10 pounds.
• Travel up to 10% of the time.
