Overview
F.H. Furr is expanding and seeking a detail‑oriented, organized, and customer‑focused Dispatcher to join our Georgetown, DE team. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient scheduling, strong communication, and exceptional service delivery for our customers and technicians.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and dispatch service technicians based on skill set, availability, and customer requirements
- Monitor job progress and make real‑time adjustments to ensure schedule accuracy
- Provide customers with updates, estimated arrival times, and follow‑up communication
- Support field technicians by relaying job‑related information and ensuring proper documentation
- Maintain accurate records within the dispatching system
- Collaborate closely with customer service, service managers, and field teams
- Prior experience in dispatching or scheduling
- Experience with Service Titan and/or Pro Book is strongly preferred
- Excellent multitasking, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work in a high‑paced environment with shifting priorities
- Strong customer service orientation and teamwork mindset
