Manage the profitability and productivity of the catering outlet by the efficient and effective management of staff in providing quality food and maintaining customer satisfaction and hygiene standards in accordance with applicable legislation relating to health and safety.

• Grade 12 Senior Certificate plus relevant qualification in the food / hospitality industry
• 2-3 years of financial and cash management experience
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service environment
• Drivers license

• Are you in possession of a Grade 12 or Senior Certificate / Matric Certificate or NQF 4 Qualification
• Are you in possession of a Cash Management Certificate
• Do you have a drivers license
• How many years have you worked in a customer service environment
