We are seeking an experienced Insurance Claims Administrator to join our team. As the Insurance Claims Administrator, you will be responsible for receiving and registering insurance claims from clients, guiding them through the claims process, and ensuring all claim documentation is complete and submitted to insurers. You will also be required to liaise with insurers, assessors, loss adjusters, and service providers, follow up on outstanding claims, and provide general administrative support related to claims.
The ideal candidate should have previous claims or insurance experience, knowledge of short-term insurance, computer literacy, and a good understanding of insurance policies and claims procedures.
- Receive and register insurance claims from clients.
- Guide clients through the claims process and ensure complete claim documentation is submitted to insurers.
- Liaise with insurers, assessors, loss adjusters, and service providers.
