Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist, based in St. George's. The Business Development Specialist will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with existing clients, and driving company growth. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, developing sales strategies, cultivating partnerships, generating leads, and presenting security solutions to potential clients. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and regular client communication will also be integral to the role to align with the organization's objectives and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in business development and sales strategies, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated ability in market research, lead generation, and strategic planning to identify new opportunities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to effectively build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to analyze and understand security needs, propose appropriate solutions, and deliver tailored presentations.
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Experience in the security industry or a related field is a strong advantage.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
