Il candidato ideale avrà almeno 2 anni di esperienza nel business travel e una buona conoscenza di un GDS come Amadeus, Galileo o Sabre. Le responsabilità includono la gestione del processo di biglietterie e la risoluzione delle problematiche dei clienti. È richiesta la fluency in italiano e una discreta conoscenza dell'inglese.
