Business Process Analyst To strengthen our international team, we are seeking a Business Process Analyst . In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing , mapping , and optimizing business processes , working closely with various departments to enhance efficiency , collaboration and digitalization — with a particular focus on Atlassian tools .

Key Responsibilities :
Analyze and map business processes , identifying areas for improvement;
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflows and communication ;
Use Atlassian tools ( Jira , Confluence , Bitbucket , etc.) to support digital transformation ;
Promote Agile and Dev Ops methodologies;
Provide analysis and consulting support to various business areas. Work mode : 100% remote.
Responsibilities

Competenze richieste :
Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst or in a similar role;
Strong knowledge of Atlassian tools ( Jira , Confluence , Bitbucket , etc.);
Experience working in an Agile or Dev Ops environment;
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills ;
Strong communication and collaboration skills ;
Fluency in English . Nice to have :

Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.)
Experience working in an Agile or Dev Ops environment
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Fluency in English
German language skills (nice to have)
