About the Opportunity:
On behalf of our client, a key player in the Oil & Gas sector, we are seeking a Logistics Admin to support a major project in Rotterdam Netherlands. The Logistics Admin will act as a key link between the office and the construction site , ensuring effective coordination of logistics activities and personnel while supporting continuity of operations.
What you will do:
Oversee and coordinate daily logistics activities, splitting time equally between office-based work and on-site operations .
Support personnel logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and general site services.
Support personnel logistics, including transportation, accommodation coordination, and general site services.
Provide backup support for the Logistics Coordinator to ensure smooth logistics operations
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in logistics, site administration, or similar roles within construction, industrial, or EPC projects.
Fluent in Italian and English.
Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to support day-to-day logistics tasks.
Good working knowledge of Excel and and familiarity with logistics or administrative software.
Comfortable working in both an office environment and on an active construction site.
