Une entreprise horlogère de luxe recherche un Superviseur Service Après-Vente basé à Genève. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'amélioration de l'efficacité opérationnelle et la qualité de service. Vos responsabilités incluront la gestion d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire et le suivi des demandes après-vente pour des pièces exceptionnelles. Le candidat idéal doit avoir une solide formation en ingénierie mécanique, une connaissance approfondie de l'horlogerie et une expérience dans le service après-vente dans le secteur de luxe.
Une maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable.
