About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Structured Product Sales professional to join our Geneva office. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in originating and distributing structured solutions, coupled with an established network of active clients across private banks, independent asset managers, family offices, or institutional investors.

You will play a key role in expanding our presence in the Swiss market, leveraging your relationships and market expertise to deliver innovative, risk‑managed, and client‑centric structured solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Swiss‑based clients, leveraging your existing relationships.
  • Originate, structure, and distribute tailor‑made investment solutions across asset classes (equity, fixed income, FX, commodities).
  • Advise clients on market trends, pricing, structuring alternatives, and lifecycle trade management.
  • Collaborate with structuring, trading, and research teams to deliver competitive ideas and product innovation.
  • Drive revenue growth through proactive idea generation and client engagement.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal policies and local regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in structured products sales, ideally within private banking or institutional markets.
  • Existing and active client base in Switzerland, particularly in Geneva.
  • Strong product knowledge across flow and bespoke structures.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to operate autonomously while collaborating effectively with global teams.
  • Fluency in English required;
    French strongly preferred.
