Overview
Commission-based sales freelancer for an innovative B2B European wellness/creativity/development startup. Based in Paris and Northern Europe, you will grow corporate relationships regionally — driving new partnerships, securing bookings, and building repeat business with HR, L&D, leadership and client teams.

. We have a network of 1,000+ expert hosts and 1,500+ experiences globally, delivering team-building through perfume making, theater, mindfulness opera, and other creative activities.
- Prospect and engage corporate decision‑makers (CXO, HR, L&D, leadership, department heads, office managers, sales/client teams).
- Introduce and sell Culture Vitale’s Sessions of Vitality.
- Convert conversations into confirmed bookings.
- Nurture repeat business and long‑term client relationships.
- Act as a trusted first touchpoint and commercial lead in your market.
- Strong B2B sales/partnerships background, preferably in large organizations.
- Experience with corporate services, HR/L&D, key accounts, events, hospitality, wellness, or creative industries.
- Comfortable with commission‑only, relationship‑led selling.
- Professional, persuasive, and confident presenting to corporate stakeholders.
- Professional English required; other EU languages (especially French or German) are a bonus.
- Based locally in Europe with citizenship or full rights to work independently.
- Independent, self‑employed commercial/sales freelancer (non‑exclusive).
- Commission‑based, uncapped earnings with ongoing commission on repeat/recurring clients.
- Full flexibility: you control your schedule and methods.
- Non‑exclusive: you can work with other clients or projects.
- Representation of a human‑centred, creative, and impactful B2B mission.
- You invoice commissions and manage your own tax/social setup/insurance in your country.
- Premium brand assets, creatives, presentations, proposal templates.
- All tools, including CRM, curation tools, communications, design.
- Culture Vitale handles contracting, signing, payments, etc.
- Expert marketing and proposal support.
For the right person, a future retainer, salaried, or partnership role may be discussed.
Requirements- Sales experience (account acquisition/management) in EMEA/key European cities such as Berlin, Paris, Geneva, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, London, Barcelona, Milan, Dublin.
- Comfortable working on commission‑only.
- Freelance agent commercial/sales or experienced B2B sales profile.
- Background in corporate services, HR, events, wellness, or creative industries.
- Fluent in English (other EU languages a plus).
- Self‑driven, professional, and comfortable presenting to corporate clients.
- Full flexibility to work independently and manage your schedule.
- Expert marketing and proposal support.
- Representation of a human‑centred, creative, and growing B2B brand.
