Job Description

Luxury Experts is proud to support a renowned Luxury Maison in appointing an experienced Boutique Director for its flagship location in Geneva. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in high‑end retail environments, combines commercial vision with impeccable service standards, and knows how to cultivate meaningful relationships with sophisticated clientele (U‑HNW I).

The Position

As Boutique Director, you will oversee the boutique’s performance, team, and client strategy. You will drive business growth, elevate the customer journey, and enhance the boutique’s positioning within Geneva’s competitive luxury scene. Your leadership will ensure excellence in operations, image, and client relations.

Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales
  • Shape and implement the boutique’s commercial strategy to grow revenue and client engagement.
  • Develop partnerships, identify new client opportunities, and nurture a loyal clientele base.
  • Use CRM insights to steer clienteling initiatives and strengthen repeat business.
  • Represent the boutique at selected luxury and community events to broaden visibility.

    Client Experience
    • Uphold a culture of exceptional service, ensuring every client interaction reflects the maison’s standards.
    • Oversee after‑sales care and personalised follow‑up to reinforce long‑term relationships.
    Team Leadership
    • Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver an outstanding client experience.
    • Support team development through training, feedback, and recognition.
    Operations
    • Ensure accurate stock management, reporting, and control of KPIs.
    • Maintain the boutique’s presentation and compliance with all brand guidelines and procedures.
    Your Profile
    • Several years’ successful experience in luxury retail / boutique management.
    • Strong background in business development, client acquisition, and relationship building.
    • Solid understanding of the luxury market and customer expectations.
    • Analytical mindset with confidence working with KPIs and CRM tools.
    • Polished communication skills; fluency in French and English is a must.
