• Business Leadership:
  Define and execute store strategy, drive KPIs, ensure budget and target achievement. Act as an ambassador of the Maison and embody its values.

  Experience:
  
  Guarantee an exceptional client journey, implement clienteling strategies, and foster loyalty through engagement, recruitment, and retention. Manage CRM activities, digital tools integration, and handle delicate sales or after‑sales situations in line with company procedures.
• Team Management:
  Build and develop a high-performing team through recruitment, coaching, and career planning. Promote a couture service mindset, ensure effective communication, and maintain a positive, motivating work environment. Oversee staff planning, performance appraisals, and compliance with labor regulations.
• Product & Operations:
  Supervise stockroom and inventory processes, ensure product safety and rotation, and manage end‑of‑season returns. Guarantee operational compliance, store maintenance, and accurate reporting on sales and costs.
• Visual Merchandising & Housekeeping:
  Ensure VM guidelines are executed effectively, maintain store image and cleanliness, and liaise with HQ for updates and improvements.
