We are looking for a department manager starting January 1st, 2026

• Provide active support and advice for your team members in your department (Make Up, Skin Care & Hair Care, Fragrance)
• Pass on knowledge about products, trends and beauty news
• Lead, coach and develop the team to deliver outstanding customer experience
• Act as a role model in the Sephora Attitude and pass on the Sephora DNA
• Communicate targets clearly and motivate the team to achieve them
• Complete merchandise management, from receipt to proper storage, write-offs, returns and tester management
• Collaborate on Visual Merchandising, brand updates and in-store animations
• Responsible for achieving monthly and annual sales targets

• Experience in retail and team leadership, ideally in a premium or service-oriented environment
• At least 3 years of professional experience
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and store operations
• Good knowledge of the beauty industry & trends
• Fluent in English or native language of the country
