Location: Genf
En tant que Chef de cuisine, vous serez responsable de votre poste et de la bonne tenue de celui-ci. Vous participerez à la réalisation des plats et veillerez à la bonne application des règles d'hygiène et HACCP. Vous devrez répondre aux exigences du lieu tout en assurant un volume de production conséquent.
Au bénéfice d'une solide formation en cuisine et d'une première expérience en collectivité, votre parcours vous a permis d'acquérir de bonnes compétences. Vos expériences vous ont permis d'apprendre à travailler en autonomie comme en équipe, vous vous adaptez facilement et maîtrisez la cuisine traditionnelle. Vous avez le goût du défi, êtes motivé et avez envie d'exercer votre passion.
