Une entreprise de restauration à Genève recherche un(e) Chef(fe) de Production à 100% pour gérer la production en cuisine sur plusieurs sites. Le candidat idéal aura au moins 5 ans d'expérience, sera capable de fédérer une équipe, et aura de solides compétences en gestion financière. Cette position implique également la création de menus variés tout en respectant les normes de qualité et d'hygiène.
Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le Chef de cuisine pour assurer un fonctionnement optimal.
