Une société immobilière de renom à Genève recherche un(e) Comptable en immobilier expérimenté(e). Ce poste fixe, à 100% de taux d'activité, nécessite une expertise en comptabilité avec au moins 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en Suisse. Le candidat devra gérer la comptabilité des portefeuilles immobiliers, garantir la fiabilité des données financières, ainsi que préparer des reportings pour les propriétaires institutionnels.
Une bonne connaissance de la TVA suisse et des outils comme Abaimmo sera un atout.
