Investment Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage, develop, and proactively enhance real estate assets or portfolios.
• Coordinate, lead, and implement the entire value creation and performance process for a property.
• Participate in the development and monitoring of business plans, budgets, and asset performance.
• Manage risks and opportunities related to real estate assets in line with the investment strategy and timeline.
• Analyze the real estate market and conduct strategic and competitive intelligence.
• Conduct negotiations and ensure the drafting of necessary contracts.
• Develop and maintain a network of contacts and key partners.
• Manage the structuring of investment vehicles and opportunities.
• Ensure internal and external reporting (relations with investors and partners).
• Oversee administrative follow-up and maintain strong relationships with banking institutions.

• At least 10 years of professional experience in real estate investment in Switzerland.
• An established network in the Swiss real estate sector.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• A sense of commitment, team spirit, and the ability to work independently.
• High social competence.
• Adaptability and flexibility.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities.
• Good stress management.
• Excellent command of French and English.
• German is a plus.
• Passionate about construction and real estate.
