Une structure de soins à domicile recherche un infirmier ou une infirmière expérimenté(e) pour une prise en charge personnalisée des patients. Le candidat idéal doit avoir au moins 2 ans d'expérience en soins infirmiers, ainsi qu'une première expérience en soins à domicile. Les missions incluent l'autonomie dans la tournée de soins et la coordination avec l'équipe pluridisciplinaire. Ce poste offre un contrat au mois à 80-100%, renouvelable, avec possibilité de poste fixe.
