Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Marketer to join our team and play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our product offerings throughout their lifecycle. This role operates at the intersection of Asset Management and Wealth Management, requiring close collaboration with key stakeholders across the organisation to refine product positioning, develop compelling marketing strategies, and ensure alignment with the group strategic product vision.
Responsibilities- Product Growth Strategy
:
Partner with Product Strategy to drive product growth across all stages of the product lifecycle, including product launches, ramp-up phases, and acceleration of flagship funds. - Cross-Functional Collaboration
:
Work closely with investment specialists, global sales teams, investment marketing, wealth management advisory, group communications, events management and other teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and strategy. - Value Proposition Development
:
Contribute in refining the product value proposition by defining target audiences, unique selling points (USPs), market positioning, and crafting compelling marketing storylines. - Marketing Campaigns
:
Collaborate with communications department to design and execute internal and external communication campaigns across channels to promote products effectively and drive engagement. - Sales Enablement
:
Collabore with investment specialists to develop high-quality marketing collateral, training materials, and tools to empower sales teams, advisors, and relationship managers to effectively communicate product benefits to clients. - Market Research & Competitive Intelligence
:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and use insights to inform marketing strategies. - Performance Tracking
:
Monitor and report on the progress of marketing initiatives against growth goals, providing actionable insights to optimize performance. - Alignment with Group Investment Committee
:
Collaborate with investment marketing to integrate the Group Investment Committee’s perspectives into product storylines to ensure consistency with the broader investment strategy.
- Experience
: 6–10 years of experience in product marketing, investment marketing, or a related field, preferably within both the asset management and wealth management industries. - Strategic Thinking
:
Strong ability to develop and articulate clear product value propositions, marketing strategies, and positioning. - Marketing Expertise
:
Proven experience in executing effective marketing campaigns, developing impactful collateral, and delivering training programs. - Collaboration Skills
:
Demonstrated ability to work effectively across departments and with diverse stakeholders, including investment specialists, sales teams, and communications professionals, with strong social intelligence. - Analytical Skills
:
Strong ability to conduct market research, analyse competitive intelligence. - Communication Skills
:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and deliver presentations to internal and external audiences. - Client-Centric Approach
:
Demonstrated ability to deeply understand client needs and translate complex investment concepts into clear, compelling, and client-focused messaging. - Project Management
:
Ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Industry Knowledge
:
Solid understanding of the asset management and wealth management industries, including product structures, market trends, and regulatory considerations. - CRM skills
:
Experience gaining actionable insights from Salesforce or other CRM tools is highly valuable. - Language Skills
:
Proficiency in English is required;
French is a strong asset
