As Head of the Creation Hub for Europe, based in our Global Perfumery Headquarters in Geneva, you will guide a diverse creative community, unite perfumers, developers, and lab experts around the vision of delivering breakthrough ideas, outstanding customer experiences, and sustainable growth.
You will be part of the RCB European Leadership team and contribute directly to regional strategy, champion innovation, inspire a team of over 100 creators, and steer the Brief‑to‑Adoption (B2A) engine that powers value creation across our PLU. With strategic thinking, creative empathy, commercial acumen, and transformational leadership, you will shape the next chapter of dsm‑firmenich’s creative excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspire, develop, and empower Perfumers, Fragrance Development Managers, and Lab teams to create fragrances that delight consumers and win briefs—promoting unity, equitable resource access, engagement, and high performance across a sizable multidisciplinary organization.
- Actively shape the development and careers of team members, building a highly engaged environment that supports growth, accountability, and succession.
- Champion the use of proprietary data and analytics to drive high-impact, informed decisions that strengthen creative effectiveness and improve win rates.
- Partner with relevant stakeholders to continuously evolve and invest in state‑of‑the‑art digital creation platforms and tools serving our perfumers and creation community.
- Collaborate closely with Global Consumer Brands Segment Creation Leaders, Creation Excellence, and commercial stakeholders to allocate the right resources to the right projects, winning and retaining business.
- Lead, elevate, and continuously refine the Brief‑to‑Adoption (B2A) process to accelerate innovation, strengthen win rates and net adoption, and ensure seamless activation with measurable business impact.
- Own and oversee critical KPIs, lab efficiency, and contribution to core commercial metrics—ensuring operational excellence, data integrity, and continuous improvement.
- Foster a vibrant, inclusive, and growth‑mindset creative environment that supports talent development and promotion pathways, while strengthening fragrance collections and activating innovation as a competitive advantage.

- Relevant university degree (such as business, engineering, marketing, or science); experience in fragrance creation, product development, or related creative leadership within beauty, fragrance or consumer goods, ideally with responsibility for large cross‑functional teams.
