Une entreprise de production à Genève recherche un(e) Responsable Maintenance pour diriger et structurer les activités de maintenance dans un environnement industriel exigeant. Ce rôle comprend la gestion d'une équipe, l'organisation de la maintenance préventive et curative, ainsi que l'analyse des pannes pour améliorer la fiabilité. Une expérience confirmée en maintenance industrielle et un leadership terrain sont indispensables. Le poste est proposé en contrat à durée indéterminée avec un salaire net proposé entre CHF 6500 et CHF 7500.
