We are opening a Master Data Management Technical Lead role to reinforce our client’s team based in Geneva. The selected candidate will play a key part in the implementation of a new MDM platform, with a strong focus on Reltio configuration, data integration, and automation enablement.
Job Responsibilities- Lead the configuration, deployment, and optimization of the Reltio environment, including advanced match/merge logic, survivorship rules, and interface design.
- Shape and maintain robust data models, ensuring consistent management of crosswalks, hierarchies, and relationships.
- Oversee integration activities, contributing to the development of workflows, APIs, and pipelines through Reltio Integration Hub.
- Serve as a technical mentor for project members, providing guidance on architecture and best practices.
- Participate in data migration activities, validation, and quality checks throughout testing phases.
- Manage operational aspects of the platform, such as performance monitoring, release coordination, and resolution of technical issues.
- Collaborate with technical teams, external partners, and business representatives to convert functional needs into reliable MDM solutions.
- Proven hands‑on experience (3–5+ years) working with Reltio MDM, including entity management, crosswalks, matching rules, workflows, and survivorship strategies.
- Strong understanding of Master Data Management principles, data governance, and data quality frameworks.
- Practical expertise with API‑based integrations, SQL, and data processing tools within cloud environments (Azure / Fabric).
- Excellent analytical skills, problem‑solving capabilities, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of SQL Server MDS is considered an advantage.
- Previous exposure to Agile methodologies, ideally within a SAFe context, is a plus.
- Fluency in English;
French proficiency is strongly valued. - Team‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling complex technical investigations.
