The Change management Services for Emerging Technologies and Digital Lab consists in developing and executing strategic communication and change management plans that support the successful adoption of innovation initiatives within the organization. This includes activities related to AI and/or low-code deliverables, and the Digital Lab. The goal is to help bridge the gap between technical innovation and business adoption by ensuring stakeholders are informed, engaged, and equipped to embrace new digital solutions.
CommunicationStrategy for Innovation
- Design and implement multi-channel communication strategies for innovation-related topics.
- Translate complex technical concepts (AI, low-code, etc.) into clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate language.
- Coordinate internal newsletters, blog posts, presentations, and webinars to showcase ongoing innovation efforts.
- Lead change initiatives by applying structured change management methodologies
- Develop stakeholder engagement plans, impact assessments, resistance management plans, and training strategies.
- Create training materials and co-lead training sessions
- Promote Digital Lab activities internally (e.g., idea campaigns, experimentation streams, proof of concepts).
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to shape user narratives and success stories.
- Facilitate feedback loops between business units and the lab team to ensure adoption and iteration.
- Champion internal awareness around AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Agentic AI) and low-code platforms.
- Create playbooks, onboarding content, and self-service resources for business users.
- Facilitate the development and execution of deployment plans in close collaboration with business stakeholders, ensuring readiness and smooth adoption of new solutions.
- Identify barriers to adoption and propose tailored interventions to support learning and integration.
- Track and report on communication effectiveness and change readiness.
- Provide regular updates to leadership and project sponsors on engagement levels and change progress.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create compelling narratives for non-technical audiences
- Experience managing campaigns across digital channels
- Proficiency with change methodologies
- Strong stakeholder analysis and management
- Experience facilitating workshops and change readiness assessments
- Familiarity with AI technologies, especially generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot)
- Understanding of low-code/no-code platforms and delivery methods
- Ability to engage in dialogue with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work in agile environments and coordinate with multifunctional teams
- Experience supporting IT/digital project delivery from a change perspective
- Skilled in handling ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in innovative-driven environments, preferably in health, non-profit, or public sector
- Strong understanding of human-centered design and innovation culture is a plus
