Join EY’s Business Consulting team and help shape the future of the Financial Services industry. As a Consultant or Senior Consultant in our Financial Services Practice, you will contribute to strategic transformation programs across Wealth & Asset Management (WAM), Banking and Capital Markets (BCM), and Insurance. This role is tailored for professionals with approx. 2‑5 years of experience.

• Support platform implementation projects involving large financial services platforms such as Aladdin, Sim Corp, Temenos, or Avaloq, including configuration, testing, and rollout.

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to define and document business and technical requirements.

• Engage proactively with technology and build teams to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.

• Contribute to agile product delivery (e.g., print planning, backlog grooming).

• Assist in designing and delivering platform‑enabled operating models that enhance efficiency, scalability, and regulatory compliance.

• Apply EY methodologies and accelerators to ensure successful integration, adoption, and change management.

• Present insights and recommendations to clients in a structured, data‑driven, and compelling manner.

• Help build client relationships and support account development.

• Ideally 2–5 years of relevant experience in financial services or consulting.

• Hands‑on experience with platforms such as Aladdin, Sim Corp, Temenos, or Avaloq.

• Background in requirements engineering, including stakeholder interviews, documentation, and validation.

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Motivation to grow and take initiative.

• Strong academic background from a recognized university or university of applied sciences.

• Fluency in English;
  German strongly preferred. German or other languages are a plus.
