This role sits at the intersection of business stakeholders and technical data teams, with a strong focus on data management, data strategy, and delivery of cross-functional data initiatives. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between business units and technical teams during a period of evolving team structure and data transformation.

• Act as the bridge between technical data teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities, scope, and outcomes
• Own and drive data management–focused projects, beyond pure delivery tracking
• Support initiatives to centralise and standardise data across multiple European locations (for example)
• Translate business needs into clear data and technical requirements
• Work closely with data engineers and platform teams on:
  • Data platforms and data warehouses
  • API integrations and data ingestion processes
• Provide structure, documentation, and governance around data initiatives

• 5+ years of experience in data project management
• Experience in a consultancy setting
• Strong experience working in data-driven environments (data platforms, analytics, data management)
• Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts (e.g. APIs, data pipelines, data platforms) to non-technical stakeholders – data science background preferable
• Experience working with data warehouses or modern data platforms

• Experience with Snowflake–based data platforms
• Familiarity with tools such as DataIQ or similar data governance / analytics platforms
• Experience or interest in sports/entertainment industry
