Une entreprise à taille humaine basée à Genève recherche un technicien/ne en support IT de niveau 1 à 100%. Le candidat idéal a effectué des études en informatique, possède une première expérience en support, et a de bonnes aptitudes relationnelles. Il doit gérer les appels des clients, diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes. Des connaissances de base en systèmes Windows et un niveau d'anglais technique (minimum B1) sont également requis.
