You will play a key role in:

• Understanding current (as‑is) and supporting the design of future (to‑be) client value streams cutting across process blocks and technologies, helping clients to excel operationally, generate additional revenues, and improve customer experience;
• Supporting the formulation of the business case for change, including quantifying expected costs and benefits, and obtaining the buy‑in of client stakeholders;
• Being a reliable advisor who works with clients to develop innovative solutions to their most challenging business problems leveraging the SAP S/4
  
  HANA technology ecosystem;
• Depending on your background and interest, developing in‑depth knowledge of one or more functional areas (finance, sales, production, logistics, procurement, etc.) and the related SAP S/4
  
  HANA solutions, helping clients optimize their business processes;
• Overseeing the work of and coaching junior team members;
• Supporting the business development activities including preparing and pitching proposals for national and international clients for our S/4
  
  HANA consulting services.

• 4+ years’ experience, with proven ability to manage client projects and mentor others;
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to bridge business and technology;
• Experience with data management, analytics, AI concepts, and ideally exposure to intelligent automation or agentic AI;
• Proactive, solution‑oriented, and eager to build networks within the team and with clients;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and either German (for Zurich) or French (for Geneva) is mandatory on the C1 level minimum.
