Technical Business Analyst Private Equity

Job Description Your mission:

To reinforce the Synechron Switzerland team, we are looking for a Technical Business Analyst experienced with Private Equity, Power BI and SQL. Our mission is for one of our clients, a private Bank in Geneva.

• Translating data into business insights, using impactful visualizations and storytelling to support decision‑making across investment and operations teams.
• Prototyping Power BI dashboards in collaboration with investment and operations teams.
• Acting as a bridge between business needs and technical implementation.
• Specifying business requirements to ensure robust data pipelines feeding into Power BI
• Improving dashboard usability and UX, data quality, and relevance.
• Contributing ideas and process improvement to shape the future of the analytics platform.

• You have a senior level of experience as a Business Analyst in the field of banking IT;
• You possess experience in Alternative Investments, ideally within private assets.
• You have strong skills in Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
• You have an intuition for business needs and user‑centric design.
• You show the ability to communicate, collaborate and build trust across teams.
• You have an analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
• You speak English and French;
• You have Swiss Residency.
