A luxury hospitality group based in Geneva is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll for its Swiss entities. This role requires a minimum of 4 years of payroll management experience in the hospitality sector and a perfect understanding of Swiss payroll legislation. The ideal candidate is fluent in French and English, detail-oriented, and possesses strong interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for payroll management, compliance, audits, and supporting HR projects.
This is a full-time, on-site position.
