• Facilitateglobalandlocalworkshopswith
  
  L&D,HR,andbusinessstakeholderstocapture,structure,andprioritiserequirements,drivinginformeddecision-making
• Governintegratorandsolutiondesign,reviewingandconstructivelychallengingconfigurationstoensurealignmentwithbusinessintent,Workdaygovernance,andlong-termAMSsustainability
• Ownfunctionaldocumentation(workbooks,designdocuments,decisionlogs) andvalidatethequalityofthesolution(hands-onconfigurationisaplus,not required)
