Swiss Payroll & Service Delivery Specialist

Role PurposeThe role ensures accurate and timely execution of monthly payroll processes and related activities in SAP, provides high‑quality support to employees and HR Business Partners, and coordinates key annual HR activities in Switzerland.
LocationGeneva, Hybrid – 60% in‑office presence.
Key Responsibilities- Execute all monthly payroll tasks in SAP, including data entry, calculations, pre‑ and post‑payroll audits, payment file, monthly and yearly reportings, and system interfaces.
- Act as the primary liaison for service delivery tasks with the external HR shared service center.
- Manage data and respond to inquiries related to working time recording.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding remuneration, taxation, and child benefits.
- Monitor SAP payroll developments and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain and update employee profiles in Success Factors.
- Ensure accurate reporting and compliance on social insurance and tax matters.
- Contribute to annual HR processes such as budgeting, salary review and yearly bonus payouts.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar payroll role.
- Strong expertise in SAP HR and SAP Payroll;
Success Factors advantage. - Strong knowledge of Swiss labor law, social security and taxes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong interpersonal relationships.
- Detail‑oriented with a strong service mindset.
- Proactive, continuous improvement approach.
- Highly organized, flexible, and collaborative team player.
- Fluent in English and French;
German is a plus. - Previous experience in accounting, audit, mobility, or compensation and benefits is an asset.
Hybrid role with a minimum 60% in‑office presence at our Geneva site.
