Objectif Du PosteLe Service Gouvernante a pour finalité l’entretien des espaces clients et back office dans le respect de la qualité de service et est en charge du confort des clients. L’Assistant(e) seconde la/le Gouvernant(e) Général(e) dans sa mission d’encadrement du service des Gouvernantes et doit s’assurer de la bonne application de l’ensemble des procédures de son service. Il/elle supervise les différents projets et leur bon déroulement avec les Assistant(e) s de Direction et veille à ce que chacun des membres de son équipe ait la formation requise pour effectuer son travail dans des conditions optimales.
Il travaille avec son Chef de Service, la Gouvernante Générale ainsi qu’avec l’ensemble des départements de l’hôtel. Il doit effectuer son travail conformément aux standards de notre compagnie, prêter attention aux besoins des clients et essayer de dépasser leurs attentes. L’Assistant(e) doit être qualifié(e) et expérimenté(e) en matière d’organisation et de service, faire preuve d’un très bon esprit d’équipe, avoir une excellente présentation et de bonnes compétences relationnelles pour diriger et encadrer son équipe.
Essentielles
- Gérer et encadrer l’équipe du Service Gouvernante sous sa responsabilité propre afin d’offrir aux clients un service agréable, efficace et professionnel conformément aux Standards Four Seasons.
- Etre responsable de la préparation des chambres pour la clientèle VIP.
- Animer les différents briefings de la journée avec les Femmes de Chambres, les Equipiers et les Gouvernant(e) d’étages.
- Organiser la journée en fonction des priorités (profil des clients, planification des interventions techniques…)
- Vérifier le bon déroulement du travail de son équipe.
- Gérer le suivi des plaintes…
