A luxury hospitality group in Geneva is seeking an experienced Reservations Coordinator to ensure exceptional service and smooth operations within the reservations department. The role requires a degree in Hospitality Management and 2-3 years of experience in luxury environments. You will maintain guest satisfaction, assist in creating personalized itineraries, and manage communications with hotel teams. Fluent English is essential, and knowledge of French or another European language is an advantage.
