Un prestigieux hôtel de luxe à Genève cherche un Superviseur Expérience Client pour garantir un service exceptionnel. Vous serez responsable de l'accueil des clients VIP, de la gestion des plaintes, et du coach des membres de l’équipe. Ce poste nécessite minimum 2 ans d'expérience en hôtellerie de luxe, de solides compétences en leadership, et une maîtrise parfaite du français et de l'anglais.
