Une chaîne hôtelière de luxe à Genève recherche un Superviseur Expérience Client pour garantir la satisfaction des clients VIP et superviser les opérations du service client. Le candidat idéal aura au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans l'hôtellerie de luxe, une excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, ainsi que des compétences en leadership et en organisation.
