Un hôpital universitaire en Suisse cherche un(e) infirmier(ère) pour assurer la prise en charge globale des patients avant, pendant et après leur hospitalisation. La mission inclut la coordination des soins entre divers intervenants et l'amélioration de la qualité de la documentation clinique.
