Corporate Finance Manager / Project Lead

An international company is looking for a Senior Corporate Finance Lead / PM to join their team.

The company is transforming their business and is looking for an experienced Corporate Finance Specialist, or PMO to join their team and lead projects for fundraising initiatives as the company expands and transforms.

Sitting as the link between finance advisors and executives, this role will support and manage external consultants for the evaluation and delivery of fundraising approaches and initiatives and will be responsible for ensuring that project timelines are met from the business side. It will ensure delivery of key finance data and KPIs and will be responsible for ensuring timelines and reporting on project progress for senior stakeholders.

• Support and manage external consultants for the evaluation and delivery of fundraising approaches and initiatives.
• Ensure that project timelines are met from the business side and report on project progress for senior stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery of key finance data and KPIs related to fundraising and related initiatives.

• 5+ years' experience in a corporate finance position, ideally in a consulting role, (e.g. Big4 Consulting) or similar.
• Project Management experience for Corporate Finance or Strategic Finance areas.
• Strong knowledge of Financial modelling, KPIs, Financial Control and Data, and Reporting requirements for funding and M&A processes.
• M&A and funding experience across all stages of the transaction.
• Understanding of Finance Business Intelligence, Controlling & Management Reporting, and experience building financial models.
• Experience with Strategic Finance, Business Development, or Corporate Finance in an international environment.
