What Your Day Would Be Like- Data Preparation and Validation
Prepare, update, and maintain monthly, forecast, 3‑year plan, and budget FP&A report packs across IATA Settlement Services, P&S, and Divisional reporting.
Perform data validation and transformation to ensure integrity, completeness, and accuracy across all datasets and reporting outputs.
- Reporting Design and Enhancement
Support the development, updates and continuous improvement of FP&A reports and dashboards to enhance usability and analytical value.
Enhance existing reporting processes to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and increase data reliability.
- Planning and Reporting Template production and maintenance
Develop and maintain standardized Excel templates used for recurring reporting cycles and financial submissions.
Ensure templates are user‑friendly, consistent, and aligned with FP&A reporting standards.
- Ad‑hoc Contribution to Projects and Business Partner Support
Contribute to projects, financial analyses, and process‑improvement initiatives as needed.
Support FP&A business partners on analysis and reporting.
Provide support to the FP&A team on emerging priorities.
- Recent graduate (within 1 year) in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Prior experience in finance, auditing, or financial analysis is desirable.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for data modelling and presentations.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Power Automate or Python) is highly desirable.
