We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Junior Product Specialist Intern to support the Business Strategy team in the development, enhancement, and communication of our investment product offering. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands‑on experience in asset management, product development, and strategic initiatives across multiple investment teams.

As a Junior Product Specialist Intern, you will work closely with the Head of Business Strategy and collaborate with investment teams, distribution, marketing, and business intelligence. You will play a key role in supporting product initiatives, preparing client‑facing materials, and contributing to strategic projects across the platform.

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of product materials (presentations, pitchbooks, factsheets, investment narratives).
• Support product specialists in analysing fund performance, flows, positioning, and competitive landscape.
• Contribute to product development projects, including market research and internal coordination.
• Help prepare materials for internal committees, strategic reviews, and client interactions.
• Support ongoing initiatives such as AI‑enabled content tools, product simplification efforts, process optimisation and investment research.
• Collaborate with Data, BI, and Investment teams on ad‑hoc analytical requests.
• Assist with internal communications and product‑related updates.

• Strong interest in financial markets, asset management, and investment products.
• Excellent analytical and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to summarise complex information into clear, structured insights.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with Python or BI tools is a plus.
• Proactive, curious mindset with the ability to work both independently and within cross‑functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English, French).
