Location: Genf
We are recruiting an Experienced Financial Accountant (h/f) to join the Finance team in Geneva.
Main responsibilities
- Participate in monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Perform monthly balance sheet and VAT reconciliations
- Ensure accuracy of accounting entries and perform corrections/reclassifications when required
- Monitor customer down payments
- Perform fixed assets reconciliation (book to physical)
- Support internal and external audits
- Coordinate transfer pricing templates for group entities
- Provide operational finance support (including master data)
- Contribute to finance projects (KPI preparation and process improvement)
Profile
- Education in Accounting
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience in an industrial and multi-entity environment
- English and French (C1 - CEFR)
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
