Senior Accountant

We are partnering with a well-established, independent family office in Geneva to find a highly skilled Senior Accountant. This is a unique opportunity to work in a discreet, client-focused environment, supporting high-net-worth individuals and family-controlled entities with sophisticated financial and fiscal management.

• Manage comprehensive accounting for the family office and its affiliated entities, including general ledger, intercompany accounts, accruals, provisions, and reconciliations.
• Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with Swiss GAAP FER or IFRS.
• Oversee VAT, corporate, and personal tax filings, collaborating with external advisors on Swiss tax compliance and planning.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to guide strategic decisions.
• Work closely with fiduciary, legal, and investment teams on financial structuring and multi-jurisdictional compliance.
• Maintain strong internal controls and contribute to process improvements.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and tax authorities as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8–10 years of accounting experience, ideally in family offices or fiduciary services.
• Deep knowledge of Swiss accounting standards and fiscal regulations; hands-on Swiss tax experience.
• STEP certification (or in progress) is a strong plus.
• Fluency in French and English;
  German is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• High integrity and discretion when handling confidential client matters.
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
