Cross Asset Structurer​/Dealer

Overview

Our client is a financial group in Geneva seeking a new Structurer / Dealer for its Cross Asset division. The role targets a candidate with three to five years of experience, able to help in structuring complex financial products. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in financial markets and a background in Investment/Private Banking or Brokerage, with deep knowledge of equities, fixed income, structured products and derivatives and excellent interpersonal skills.

• Act as a structurer to back up sales in the Primary and Secondary market.
• Actively participate in trade idea generation.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients in Romandy.
• Coordinate with Partners of the company on the daily business with clients, products, ideas, markets.
• Manage relationships with external partners.
• Assist in pricing products, create presentations on products, and follow up on client requests.

• Between 3 and 5 years of experience in Investment Banking as a Sales support in a Cross Asset Team.
• Experience in Structured Products with Equity/FI underlyings.
• Experience in pricing, trading or structuring is required.
• French and English are mandatory.
• Very good communication skills – clear and concise communication.
• Ability to deliver fast and effectively in a small, high-responsibility environment.
