Audit Manager

On behalf of a leading audit and advisory firm headquartered in Geneva, we are seeking an experienced Audit Manager with a strong track record across financial services institutions in Switzerland.

This opportunity is suited for a seasoned professional with great exposure to the Asset Management industry, eager to lead complex engagements, deliver high-quality assurance services, and guide clients through an increasingly dynamic regulatory landscape.

• Oversee financial statement and regulatory audit engagements covering asset managers, management entities, as well as traditional, real estate, and alternative investment funds
• Contribute to the design of the audit strategy and ensure assignments are delivered in line with applicable auditing standards and methodologies
• Take an active role in guiding, mentoring, and supporting team members, helping drive collective performance and professional growth
• Compile audit documentation for Partner review and support the communication of audit results to senior management and Boards of Directors
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by offering technical guidance on complex accounting topics and regulatory requirements
• Monitor regulatory changes proactively and assist clients in implementing new obligations, including ESG disclosures and other evolving industry developments

• Swiss CPA or equivalent qualification (ACCA, ACA, or CPA)
• Minimum 5 years of experience conducting external audits within the Asset Management sector, covering regulated entities and investment fund structures
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate a collaborative environment, mentor junior professionals, and promote a strong coaching mindset
• Interest in technology-enabled auditing, with practical exposure to data analytics or visualization tools to enhance efficiency and innovation
• Forward-thinking, adaptable professional with a proactive approach to regulatory change and digital transformation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
