Responsibilities- As a Compliance Officer you contribute to a engaging compliance spirit and risk awareness. Moreover, you ensure adherence to our client regulatory duties. You evaluate, investigate and resolve compliance and risk issues. You ensure that compliance policies and strategies are in compliance with applicable laws and regulation. Moreover, you identify and assess compliance risks.
- Degree in Law, Banking or Business Administration
- CAS in compliance, a plus
- Minimum 5 - 10 years experience in Compliance, banking, audit or Regulatory
- Excellent knowledge of Swiss Banking regulations (AML, CDB, FinSA, FinIA)
- Good knowledge in Avaloq+
- Fluent in French AND in English
- Living in Switzerland mandatory
