Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to manage our Corporate Actions team focused on Funds assets. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic environment and lead a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring the highest standards in the management of corporate actions and coupons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of 3 members within the Corporate Actions team (Funds activity).
- Manage the treatment and analysis of corporate action events received via SWIFT, paper, and Telekurs, with a specialist focus on Funds.
- Deliver timely and accurate corporate actions notifications to Client Relationship Officers (CROs).
- Perform cash and stock reconciliation for all corporate action files.
- Process instructions on voluntary events, forwarding CRO instructions to custodians.
- Book and record all corporate actions appropriately in the system.
- Follow up on all corporate actions related issues, including queries from CROs and custodians.
- Handle administrative tasks and daily controls to ensure process integrity and compliance.
Skills&
Experience:
- Confirmed experience (3-5 years) in Corporate Actions, ideally with a focus on Funds.
- Proven management and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a heavy workload when required.
- Highly motivated, efficient, and conscientious with a strong sense of autonomy.
- Excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Fluent in both French and English.
- Familiarity with the Core Banking system Temenos Globus is a strong advantage.
