Accountant, Financial Reporting, Financial Analyst

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Complete month-end closing activities in accordance with internal procedures and within established timelines.

• Contribute to the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

• Assist with reporting and reconciliation processes involving other group entities.
• Prepare financial reporting in accordance with IFRS.
• Participate in the preparation of statutory financial statements under the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO).
• Prepare reconciliations and multiple monthly and quarterly reports for external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Prepare VAT reports and ensure timely and accurate filing.

• Provide support during external audits, including documentation preparation and coordination.
• Ensure full compliance with internal controls and financial policies.

• Provide assistance on various finance-related topics and projects as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance.
• Solid understanding of Swiss statutory accounting and IFRS standards.
• Experience with VAT reporting and payment processing.
• Experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA and Mineman is an asset; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Proficiency in English and French is required;
  Spanish or Portuguese is an asset.
• Discreet and trustworthy, with the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing complex processes and deadlines.
• Autonomous and proactive, able to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
• Interested in international collaboration, with the ability to navigate and appreciate diverse work cultures and contribute positively to a multicultural environment.
