Overview
As a Sales Manager you will act as a key interface between investment content providers and the front office with a primary focus on delivering investment solutions and the rationale behind them. You will be responsible for driving commercial initiatives and building momentum within the front office particularly among Investment Advisors. You will also be in charge of monitoring and reporting on commercial activity as well as tracking risk and suitability metrics.
Sales Activity- Partner with internal and external investment solution providers to proactively promote ideas and investment products.
- Organize the Weekly Investment Meeting (WIM) and drive the creation of its content.
- Work closely with Investment Advisors (IAs) to stay closely aligned with client needs and front-office dynamics.
- Participate in Investment Committee (IC) and Private Client Group (PCG) meetings to capitalize on best ideas and strategic opportunities.
- Drive momentum and create measurable commercial impact.
- Monitor front-office activity and analyze key performance indicators.
- Develop tailored metrics to gain deeper insights into sales dynamics and advisory engagement.
- Prepare and present regular and ad hoc activity reports to the Head of Investments.
- Drive adoption of tools and platforms that enhance advisory delivery including CRM systems portfolio analysis tools and client reporting solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Investment Advisors Legal, Compliance and Risk teams to ensure the smooth and compliant delivery of investment solutions.
- Support Investment Advisors in meeting all relevant risk and suitability metrics.
- Produce monitor analyze risk reports and produce key findings through appropriate reporting channels.
- University degree in Finance; CFA CIIA is a plus;
- Exp. of min. 5 years in a Sales positions in a bank;
- Open and approachable very good interpersonal skills emotional intelligence natural team player drive passiontate about client service.
- Fluent in French and English.
