Overview

Assistant Relationship Manager for Private Banking Geneva (Middle East Market). We are currently looking for a Relationship Manager Assistant / Middle East on behalf of our client, a private bank based in Geneva.

• Handle account openings/closings,
• Account maintenance, cash management, and ensure that the client database is always up-to-date. Process client orders, including payments, credits, foreign exchange, and securities transactions.
• Actively support Relationship Managers in managing their portfolio.
• Ensure the appropriate preparation and upgrade of client KYC documentation in agreement with the Relationship Managers.
• Maintain regular and personalized contact with clients, providing high-quality support.
• Ensure strong documentary discipline, keeping all client records and documentation continuously up to date.
• Carry out various administrative tasks

• Fluency in French and English
• Valid Swiss work permit or eligibility to work in Switzerland.
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in a private bank or family office.
• Strong experience in servicing clients and processing financial orders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in supporting client relationships.
