Overview
The Associate Relationship Manager will be working within the bank’s Wealth Management department in the Zurich office. We are looking for a person who is eager to develop herself as a Relationship Manager and to contribute to the team’s success.
Responsibilities- Under the supervision of a Senior Relationship Manager, develop a client book while analysing the clients requirements and needs
- Develop your own network for client acquisition
- Meet prospects and clients, prepare client meetings and manage follow-up actions
- Understand product offering and develop ability to pitch also complex solutions to clients.
- Develop your own value proposition in accordance to the banks strategy as a holistic advisor
- Provide to the client with investment and management advice/proposals, aligned with the client’s goals, assets and chosen investment.
- Maintain close collaboration with specialists to keep up-do-date with (investment) solutions and developments in the financial industry
- Keep accurate and up-to-date client investment profiles using internal tools
- Ensuring the plausibility and truthfulness of the client information, evaluation whether the client is at risk or not, responsible for the account opening process (identity check, KYC,World check etc.)
- Execute transactions, payments and other banking operations
- Open new accounts and follow-up on administrative matters
- Perform administrative tasks related to client files and provide administrative, organizational and communication support to the Senior Relationship Manager in his daily tasks.
- Degree in finance or similar qualification
- Ideally a post-graduate qualification such as CFA or CWMA
- Or a first experience while studying
- 5-7 years of private banking experience with a first experience at least 2-3 years as Relationship Manager
